Superstar Swimmers

 

A number of people from our class competed in the swimming gala at the weekend and were very successful.

 

At assembly they talked about what they had achieved and showed some medals and silverwear.

Just a fnal reminder that it is our assembly tomorow! (Thurs 28th Nov)

 

3pm in the school gymnasium.

 

We hope to see some visitors there!

Achievements this week

SPS Hero

The SPS hero for our class this week was ALASDAIR.

He received this award because of how polite, helpful and well behaved he has been in class over the last few weeks.

Well done!

Maths Magician

The Maths Magician for last week was Jay.
The reason he received this was because of his fantastic work in calculating amounts in money.
He used what he had learnt in the baking stall when people were buying a few items.
Congratulations Jay!

Netball Success

Coleen and Jayden took part in netball last weekend and won all of their games! Yippee!

Children in Need

We ran a very successful baking stall on Friday for Children in Need.

 

Thank you very much to pupils and parents that made an effort to bake items for this! There were many yummy cakes on offer and everything sold out within about half an hour! Well done to all P5s who manned the busy stall and kept the money flowing in.

Our stall was part of the whole school efforts which included a sleepover, pajama day, competitions in the P7 class and a copper pudsey in P1. The final total for SPS was well over £500- yippee!! Well done to everyone.
